Track Camp is designed to develop strengths and skills which will allow athletes to excel in individual events. This camp will feature event-specific, customized training for athletes seeking to begin track or develop prior track and field experience. With several program options to choose from, campers will learn event-specific techniques to improve their movement, balance, mindfulness, confidence, athleticism, and the proper techniques related to a camper’s events of choice. Campers will be encouraged to explore new events such as field events, throwing, springs, and mid-distance running.

It is never too early to prepare to be a junior high cheerleader. Learn the basic foundational skills needed to excel at tryouts, on the sidelines, and at the center field for halftimes. Students will learn several sideline cheers and band dances to help perfect their cheer technique.
