Extension Get Fit
with Pam Pruett

Making improving fitness a New Year’s goal? Join the Spring 2025 Extension Get Fit class. Strength training with both seated and standing routines using hand weights is featured, along with exercise routines to improve flexibility, balance, and endurance. Designed for participants at all fitness levels using low-impact exercises that target a range of muscle groups. Join our University of Arkansas Extension-trained leaders and enthusiastic participants in fun fitness workout sessions to help improve physical, social, mental, and emotional health, too!
The fee is $20.00, payable to instructors when class begins—no online payments.

Intro to Line Dancing
with Cyntwynet Hopkins

Line dancing is a fun and energetic way to stay active. It helps build stamina, boosts energy, relieves stress, and is great for the heart. Perfect for beginners, this class teaches easy-to-follow steps and routines set to popular music. No experience is required—bring your enthusiasm and desire to move and have fun with instructor Cyntwynet Hopkins!

We'll learn basic watercolor techniques, & practice, then complete our own piece to take home

Fairy & Gnome Mini Garden (Monday Funday)

Tour the garden and talk about the folklore surrounding fairies and gnomes, students create their own mini fairy/gnome garden (great for frogs)

Create our own pitch pot and decorate and take home
