Extension Get Fit (Modified Strength, Aerobic, & Circuit Training)

Focus on getting fit in 2024 with a variety of exercise routines focusing on strength, flexibility, balance, and endurance. Join other fitness friends and enthusiasts for low-impact exercise routines from University of Arkansas Extension specialists, led by Miss. Co. Family and Consumer Sciences Agent, Dr. Pamela Pruett, and trained Extension Get Fit volunteer leaders. A fee of $20.00 is paid to instructor the first week of class which covers all Extension Get Fit classes in 2024. Mondays and Wednesdays, 9:00-10:00a.m. at the Briggs-Seabaugh Wellness Center, Aerobics Rm. Starting January 3 through May 22, 2024.
